How to make it

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Take the butter out to soften. Pat the shrimp dry; season with salt and pepper. In a small baking dish (large for 4 servings), combine the artichokes, tomatoes, seasoned shrimp, garlic pesto, and a drizzle of olive oil; season and stir. Arrange in an even layer. Bake 10-12 minutes until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.

Just before serving, cut a 1-inch vent in the pasta package. Microwave on high 1-2 minutes until heated through. Transfer to a bowl; add the basil pesto and softened butter.
