2 each Pieces Naan Bread
3 tbsp Roasted Peanuts
1 each Single-Use Aluminum Tray
How to make it

Take the spreadable butter out to soften. Preheat the oven to 450Β°F. Rinse and dry the spinach. Drain and rinse the chickpeas. In a bowl, whisk together the tomato sauce, cream, curry paste, and 2 tablespoons water. In the tray (or baking dish), combine the spinach, squash, drained chickpeas, tomato mixture, and curry powder. Season and stir thoroughly.

Cover tightly with foil and bake 28-32 minutes until the liquid is slightly thickened and the squash is fork-tender. Remove the foil and stir.

Place the naan on foil and spread the softened butter evenly on each. Stack, wrap in foil, and place on an oven rack. Warm 3-5 minutes until heated through. Carefully unwrap. Serve the baked tray topped with peanuts, with the garlic naan on the side.
