¾ oz grated Parmesan Milk
1 pkt chicken broth concentrate
½ oz tamari soy sauce Soy
9 oz cheese tortelloni EggMilkWheat
5 oz baby spinach
8 oz pkg cooked chicken breast
How to make it

Prep ingredients. Finely chop onion.

CHICKEN VARIATION. Cut or shred chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Cook broth & pasta. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large pot over medium. Add onions and a pinch of salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and translucent, 4–5 minutes. Add broth concentrate, tamari, and 4 cups water to pot; bring to a boil over high heat. Add tortelloni and cook, stirring occasionally, until al dente, about 3 minutes.

Finish & serve. Off heat, stir chicken, spinach and Parmesan into broth until chicken is reheated and spinach is wilted. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve tortelloni in broth with a drizzle of oil, if desired. Enjoy!
