4 each Flour Tortillas
1 each Poblano Pepper
2 each Scallions
1 each Navel Orange
1 each Lime
4 oz Shredded Cabbage & Carrots
1 bunch Cilantro
ΒΌ cup Sour Cream
2 tsp Smoky Honey Habanero Spice Blend (Honey Granules, Brown Sugar, Smoked Paprika, Salt & Habanero Powder)
How to make it

Rinse and dry all produce. Quarter the limes. Peel and small dice the oranges. Slice the scallions, keeping the white bases and green tops separate. Stem the peppers, halve lengthwise, seed, and thinly slice. Wash hands and board immediately after.

Pat the shrimp dry; place in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and up to half the spice blend; toss. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high. Add the shrimp and sliced peppers. Cook stirring occasionally 3-5 minutes until the pepper is softened and the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.

Wrap the tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave 1 minute until heated through. In a bowl, combine the honey, diced oranges, the juice of 2 lime wedges, and as much remaining spice blend as you like for the salsa. Build the tacos with the warmed tortillas, cooked shrimp and peppers, orange salsa, and green scallion tops. Serve with the remaining lime wedges on the side.
