How to make it
1
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Rinse and dry all produce. Medium dice the squash. Shuck the corn and cut off the kernels. Peel and roughly chop the garlic. Medium dice the tomatoes; place in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Roughly chop the parsley.
2
Add the pasta to the boiling water. Cook 8-9 minutes until just shy of al dente. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water. Return to the pot.
3
Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a large pan over medium-high. Add the squash in a single layer; cook undisturbed 2-3 minutes until lightly browned; season. Add the corn and garlic; season. Cook stirring occasionally 1-2 minutes until softened and fragrant.
4
Add the seasoned tomatoes and as much red pepper flake as you like. Cook stirring constantly 30 seconds to 1 minute until the tomatoes begin to release their juices. Remove from heat. Taste and season.
5
Add the vegetables, butter, half the parsley, and half the reserved pasta water to the pot. Cook over medium-high, stirring vigorously, 30 seconds to 1 minute until coated, adding more water gradually if needed. Taste and season.
6
Divide between 2 dishes. Top with the remaining parsley and cheese.

Fusilli Bucati Pasta (with Summer Squash, Corn, & Tomatoes) is a Vegetarian meal from Blue Apron. The recipe format follows Blue Apron's standard approach of pre-measured ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Pasta is a type of food typically made from an unleavened dough of wheat flour mixed with water or eggs, and formed into sheets or other shapes, then cooked by boiling or baking. Pasta was originally only made with durum, although the definition has been expanded to include alternatives for a gluten-free diet, such as rice flour, or legumes such as beans or lentils. [1]
