3 oz Baby Spinach
¼ cup Cilantro Sauce
¼ cup Cream
1 tbsp Yellow Curry Paste
¼ cup Labneh Cheese
⅓ cup Crispy Onions
¼ tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

How to make it

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Rinse and dry the spinach. Drain and rinse the chickpeas. In the tray, combine the spinach, cream (shake the packet), cilantro sauce, drained chickpeas, paneer (torn into bite-sized pieces), and as much curry paste and red pepper flake as you like. Season with salt and pepper and stir. Add 1/4 cup water and stir thoroughly. Cover tightly with foil, place directly on an oven rack, and bake 24-26 minutes until heated through and slightly thickened. Remove the foil. Add the labneh and stir to combine.

Once the tray has been baking about 15 minutes, wrap the naan in foil and place directly on an oven rack. Warm 7-9 minutes until heated through. Carefully unwrap. Serve the baked tray topped with crispy onions, with the warmed naan on the side.
