2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
1 oz Garlic & Herb Flavored Butter
¼ cup Grated Romano Cheese
How to make it

Bring a medium pot of salted water (3/4 full) to a boil. Rinse and dry all produce. Roughly chop the spinach. Roughly chop the artichokes.

Add the pasta to the boiling water. Cook stirring occasionally 8-10 minutes until tender. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water (1 cup for 4 servings). Wipe out the pot.

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in the same pot over medium-high. Add any aromatics; season and cook stirring occasionally 2-3 minutes until softened. Add the chopped artichokes, cream or broth, and reserved pasta water; bring to a simmer. Add the chopped spinach and stir 1-2 minutes until wilted. Add the cooked pasta and stir to combine. Taste and season. Serve topped with parmesan.
