1 each Single-Use Aluminum Tray
How to make it

Preheat the oven to 450Β°F. Rinse and dry the spinach. Drain and rinse the chickpeas. In the tray, combine the spinach, tomato sauce, tomato achaar, cream, curry powder, drained chickpeas, and cheese (torn into pieces). Stir to combine. Add 2 tablespoons water. Season with salt and pepper and stir thoroughly. Cover tightly with foil and bake 24-26 minutes until the liquid is slightly thickened. Remove the foil and stir to combine.

Meanwhile, place the naan on foil and drizzle each with olive oil. Stack, wrap in foil, and place directly on an oven rack. Warm 7-9 minutes until heated through. Carefully unwrap. Serve the baked tray with the warmed naan.
