2 tbsp Crème Fraîche
1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
3 oz Baby Spinach
1 each Single-Use Aluminum Tray
How to make it

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Rinse and dry all produce. Lightly oil the tray(s). In a bowl, combine the peanut butter spread, soy glaze, rice vinegar, 1/4 cup water (1/2 cup for 4 servings), and up to half the chili crisp. Separate the rice cakes by hand. In the tray(s), combine the spinach, sauteed aromatics, peanut-soy sauce, mushrooms (torn into pieces), and rice cakes. Stir thoroughly.

Cover tightly with foil and bake 15-20 minutes until the rice cakes are tender. Remove the foil. Add the creme fraiche and stir until combined. Let stand 3 minutes. Serve topped with as much remaining chili crisp as you like.
