Ingredients
3 oz Prosciutto
2 each Flour Tortillas
2 oz Arugula
4 oz Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
1 ½ tsp Calabrian Chile Paste
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Fig Spread
How to make it
1
Remove the plastic liner from the prosciutto and tear into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the mozzarella. In a bowl, combine the fig spread, mayonnaise, and as much chile paste as you like; season with salt and pepper. Rinse and dry the arugula; toss in a separate bowl with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
2
Lay the tortillas flat. Spread the spicy fig mayo evenly on each. Divide the prosciutto, sliced mozzarella, and dressed arugula among the bottom half of each tortilla. Fold the three adjacent sides over the filling, then roll away from you, tucking in the sides tightly, into a wrap. Halve on an angle, seam-side down, and serve.
