Take the butter out to soften. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line a sheet pan (or 2 for 4 servings) with foil. Rinse and dry all produce. Snap off stem ends from the green beans. Pat the protein dry; season both sides with salt and pepper. Place on one side of the pan. Drizzle with olive oil. Add the peppers and green beans to the other side; drizzle with olive oil and season. Toss to coat and arrange in an even layer. Roast 18-22 minutes until the vegetables are fork-tender and the protein is cooked through. USDA minimum: 165°F for chicken / 145°F for fish.
