Spread the broccoli and sweet potatoes on one side, drizzle with sesame oil, season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of chili crisp, and toss to coat in an even layer. Pat the chicken dry, season both sides with salt and pepper, and place on the other side. Drizzle with olive oil and spread the soy-miso sauce evenly over the top.
