8 oz Broccoli Florets
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
3 tbsp Soy-Miso Sauce
3 tbsp Sesame Dressing
4 tsp Chili Crisp Seasoning
12 oz Diced Sweet Potato
How to make it

Heat the oven to 450ยฐF. Rinse and dry all produce. Line a sheet pan (or 2 for 4 servings) with foil. Spread the broccoli and sweet potatoes on one side, drizzle with sesame oil, season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of chili crisp, and toss to coat in an even layer. Pat the chicken dry, season both sides with salt and pepper, and place on the other side. Drizzle with olive oil and spread the soy-miso sauce evenly over the top.

Roast 20-24 minutes until the vegetables are browned and fork-tender and the chicken is cooked through. Serve topped with the sesame dressing and as much remaining chili crisp as you like. USDA minimum: 165ยฐF for chicken.
