For health enthusiasts, achieving and maintaining your well-being can be challenging, especially having to find time to source, prepare, and cook nutritious meals daily. That’s where an extensive meal kit delivery and grocery delivery service like Good Eggs makes a difference.
This accessible meal kit delivery service not only saves time but empowers you to eat fresh, locally sourced ingredients without the need to shop for groceries on your own.
Take a closer look to learn why Good Eggs is a popular and dependable option for most people.
What Is Good Eggs and How Was It Created?
What’s Good Eggs? Good Eggs is more than a meal delivery service. It’s also a grocery store. It delivers fresh, locally sourced, sustainable food, often with same-day delivery throughout the Bay Area.
The company was founded in 2011 with a mission to replace the old grocery store model. They have strict sourcing standards in place. Even better, 70% of the produce they source is local.
Good Eggs doesn’t make you guess about the quality of the product you’re getting with them. The products on offer are decidedly organic and high quality. They work with trusted brands, who built a reputation for themselves over the years by selling great produce. This helps Good Eggs source healthy ingredients.
Good Eggs was founded in 2011 and started scaling quickly. By the end of 2015, the company was doing business in Los Angeles, New York, and New Orleans. This expansion cost them everything— a near bankruptcy.
Good Eggs sells everything from local groceries to local produce, meat, fish, eggs, beverages, snacks, flowers, and fully prepared meals. They work with the Full Belly, Say Hay, and Eatwell farms.
In 2018, Americans spent about $1.5 trillion on groceries. Everyone needs to eat, right? And Good Eggs have made it extremely convenient to order items with the help of a simple app installed on your phone.
Many companies that tried to deliver high-quality groceries at artificially low prices fizzled out eventually. They couldn’t keep up with the soaring costs or changing customer expectations.
There are also some successful grocery delivery companies like FreshDirect in New York and Ocado in the UK. The companies are successful because delivering to those customers is easy. Urban areas have a large population living closer together in high-rise apartments. Delivering in suburban markets like the Bay Area is more complicated and costs more.
Good Eggs doesn’t shy away from paying its staff well. Good Eggs pays its drivers $19/hour and offers health benefits. The cost of warehousing the goods follows high delivery costs. That’s why Good Eggs doesn’t sell products for artificially low prices.
The buyer persona they developed will pay a little more than in-store prices to get farmer’s market-style food delivered to her home.
Good Eggs is more about getting customers a varied number of products that you can’t easily find in the average farmer’s market.
Instacart and DoorDash are logistics businesses that partner with grocery stores. All they need to do is find the cheapest way to get these orders to customers. Good Eggs has a unique
service in sourcing products that aren’t easy to find and getting them to customers’ homes.
Traditional grocery stores stock up on thousands of products. There are multiple variations of products. The assortment of products is broad because they want to catch everyone, going after the one-size-fits-all approach. With more than $1 trillion of market value split among these brands, there’s tons of competition.
Neither Amazon nor Whole Foods are focused on delivering high-quality food or using local sourcing. That means for certain customers, Whole Foods is no longer the solution.
That’s where a niche product like Good Eggs can help.
Good Eggs’ vegetables are sourced from farms around the area and are packaged and delivered to customers without sacrificing either the quality or freshness of the produce. There’s a demand for organic food that’s rich in quality. That’s why chains like Whole Foods became so successful in the first place.
The Internet is full of such niche brands. However, there are too many niche brands taking funding from venture capitalists without a true picture of their market size. And perhaps that’s why they fail to stay successful for long.
Good Eggs recently added an Oakland fulfillment center that’s four times as big as the San Francisco warehouse. The company wants to double its workforce to 1000 employees.
Once the Oakland facility is ready, it will generate $300 million in revenue. Next, Good Eggs wants to expand to Los Angeles, San Diego, and Seattle. Good Eggs recently announced $100 million in new funding and wants to launch itself in Southern California and cover the regions there.
Good Eggs has focused itself on the San Francisco Bay Area and has found enough growth opportunities. Good Eggs says that revenue has grown to more than $100 million, with over 400 new employees added to the company.
The grocery delivery market is intense, with many players backed by millions in funding operating in the space. Good Eggs stands out courtesy of its quality service. Over 70% of the products are locally sourced. The service delivers these products to your home within 48 hours of harvesting the produce. That’s an unparalleled level of commitment to freshness.
There are plenty of others offering meal preparation kits and groceries, among others. Good Eggs has differentiated itself by accounting for 65% of the spending for home food needs for its customers, who share traits similar to the Marissa persona.
The venture funding round saw participation from GV, Tao Invest, Finistere Ventures, and Rich’s, with previous investors like Benchmark Partners joining in. The new funding will help the service add new products while helping optimize delivery lines.
The grocery market is shifting, with demand for high-quality products going up. Good Eggs is seeing strong growth and will lead the segment in what it does.

Totally recommend Good Eggs
At stage of waiting for food delivery this evening. Excellent website shopping experience, pictures look refreshing and enticing - well done! Ordered some non-dairy yogurt, Dover Sole fish, and a lot of healthy drinks... spent over $70 first order, can't wait. Will report back after food arrives.
Update: Totally recommend Good Eggs. So nice to have local food delivered. Good Eggs has all the logistics figured out excellently - have now ordered from them more than 3 times now - Greatly positive experience every time. Their price is expensive, but worth it for busy people.

Thank you, Good Eggs!
Locally sourced, delicious, delivered. What more could you want? Meal kits include A-list versions of classic dishes as well as more exotic fare. Makes food prep in our house a joy.

Will plan to continue to use this company
Fantastic variety of fresh local produce and goods. Lots of gluten free and non dairy options. Started using as an alternative to Whole Foods, Instacart, other grocery delivery during the shelter-in-place. It's like a Farmer's Market online. Have not yet had any problems with delivery or reimbursement for missing items.

I'll be ordering again
Just want to give kudos to the staff at Good Eggs for the on-time delivery and neatly packaged food! I heard about this company a year ago from a coworker who raved about it, but never had to use them until now due to COVID-19/ shelter-in-place orders.
My parents were having a hard time going out and buying food due to many restaurants being closed or whatnot. I purchased ready-made food through Good Eggs and they loved it! I'll be ordering again.

Thanks for being a lifesaver
I've never been one to use grocery delivery services until this pandemic. Pretty early on, I came across Good Eggs and fell in love with the app and their selection of foods.
You can get everything from Oatly to Humphrey Slocombe ice cream to ready to eat foods made from local businesses like Three Babes Bakeshop pies! I love that I can buy groceries here knowing that it's supporting local businesses in the area

The service is exceptional
If it wasn't for this Covid pandemic I would have never known about Good Eggs. When life styles change drastically it makes you seek out new things. Good Eggs wouldn't be something I would normally use in the past. I did decide to use Good Eggs and instantly became addicted to the idea of convenience. The service is exceptional and the fees are fair as can be. I'll probably continue to use Good Eggs for my grocery needs even when this whole pandemic situation is over.

Good Eggs Kitchen products are sooooo good
Did I mention that their Good Eggs Kitchen products are sooooo good? Ugh the sesame chicken salad and kale caesar are some of my favorite things! Good Eggs isn't perfect 100% of the time but they do business in a better way than most companies and support so many local producers, so 5 stars from me:D

It's been great!
I started using Good Eggs during COVID since I was hoping to avoid the grocery store. It's been great!
It's easy to order (I downloaded the app). They have a huge selection of items. They have some yummy prepared basics like mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and lots and lots of fresh produce to choose from.
I really like that they have an emphasis on supporting local businesses and they employ full time delivery people. I initially heard about them through my sons school where a portion of spending would be donated back to the school - I missed the boat on shopping for the school at the time, but I'm glad I heard about it!

The list is truly impressive
After looking at the Good Eggs website, I was greatly impressed by how many local - and healthy - products were offered. The list is truly impressive, so I decided to give it a try. I received my first order yesterday and I was not disappointed. It arrived on time and freshly packed with high quality ingredients. And what makes it even better is the fact that I am supporting local farmers and businesses. I will definitely be using Good Eggs in the future (in fact, I've already started a list on their website - a feature that is truly appreciated).

Good Eggs is such a wonderful service
I've really come to depend on them for the best quality and choices when it comes to produce, meat, and local products. I love that they work with farms and small local businesses, it both aligns with my values and introduces me to food I wouldn't find at grocery stores. Plus they're far more ethical than Instacart in the way they support their workers and their customer service is delightful.

I love Good Eggs!
I love Good Eggs! I've been using them since their very early days (my first order was probably in 2012). They've added tons of new products over the years and I get pretty much all my groceries from them. There have been a few mixups in my orders, but their customer service team is fantastic and always more than makes up for any issues I've had. If you're into farmers' markets and supporting local farms, Good Eggs is for you! And if you see Masumoto peaches available ORDER THEM IMMEDIATELY.

Everything was perfectly packed
I already got my second order and couldn't be happier about it! Such minimal packaging! Initially I thought the onions might have crushed the greens, but I was wrong! Everything was perfectly packed. I can see that the good eggs packaging is reused and I am comforted to see that! People- just do the math. 119+ 5 dollar tips that you pay to Amazon/Whole foods is much more than what you will pay Good Eggs. I can tell that the produce is picked freshly! This time I got gulf prawns and I'm so excited to try it!! I have kept aside my cardboard boxes and ice packs to return it to the delivery person next time!
Amanda L.
I have been very impressed with the produce.
I finally decided to try Good Eggs about a month ago when I was in search of a specific watermelon variety and they were the only ones that had it and would deliver it to my door. I have shopped with Good Eggs three more times and plan to add them into my regular shopping rotation.
I have been very impressed with the produce. I am very picky about my produce quality and so far everything has met my high standards. It is very fresh and so far has all been so flavorful. Comparable to stuff that comes out of my own garden, which even my CSA box doesn't always manage. They also have amazing varieties of fruit that I haven't seen too many other places. I am obsessed with the fact that I can order 3-4 different kinds of honeydew melons.

I love Good Eggs SF
I've been a happy customer for a few years now! The grocery business is not perfect, just as ALL businesses are not. When there is a problem the Good Eggs team always makes it right. This is an amazingly awesome company!!!

Lifesaver
I've been using Good Eggs for grocery delivery the last few weeks and they have been a total lifesaver. Yes, sometimes they are out of items, but I have received most of the things I ordered. They have lots of dairy free, gluten free items, a great selection of organic produce and super tasty meal kits. I will use this regularly instead of Whole Foods from now on.

Delicious
Since a good friend's wedding became virtual during this era, I had to figure out a way to have beautiful and gourmet gifts still be present for him and his bride while I Zoom-ed in for the ceremony. Good Eggs delivered, with a salted buttercream frosted ginger cake and white roses for the lovely couple. Everything arrived on time and intact. And they said the flowers were beautiful and the cake was both exquisite and delicious!

Covid review
For us Good Eggs is a life saver. We haven't been to a grocery store for months. We shop local when we can. Good Eggs has a lot of local providers. We purchase mostly organic produce, Straus milk, organic Mary's chicken and a bunch of other items.
Ordering is easy online. Good Eggs try's to keep inventory up to date. If they are truly out of something you cannot order it. That said inventory doesn't always agree with the inventory. Have you ever been in a big Box store that is missing 30 boxes of something nobody can find? The same will happen with Good Eggs. As with their competitor Good Eggs has a substitution program should you allow them to substitute. In our case we fairly allow substitutions and just order enough to "punt" should something be out.

Everything about Good Eggs is amazing
Everything about Good Eggs is amazing, such high quality produce, great selection, next day delivery if you order by 9pm. If there's ever been the slightest issue, which has only happened a couple times like a missing or damaged item, they even offer to send a replacement the next day. I don't have to go to the farmer's and a bunch of shops, its the best.

THE BEST OF THE BEST
Without sounding boughie, I get most of my groceries delivered these days (disclaimer; super convenient and I have MD so carrying groceries in the city without a car poses a problem for me).
Good eggs is truly THE BEST OF THE BEST in delivery and quality. Customer service is always exceptional.
I eat out on the weekends most of the time and if I'm feeling extra lazy on a weeknight will order delivery, but otherwise I cook a lot and the quality of purveyors and selection is a foodie's dream come true.
They just implemented a yearly membership program that of course I jumped on.
Try them out if you ever find yourself needing groceries delivered for any reason at all. Plan in advance, since certain delivery time slots sell out quickly .

High quality product and meat. Unique products. Great wines
We have been using Good Eggs for over three years. I hope hope hope and pray that they maintain their quality and customer service standards. The food is higher quality and similarly priced to a grocery store that rhymes with Soul Moods.

What Does Good Eggs Offer In Their Weekly Menu?
Inside the Good Eggs menu, you’ll find both curated meal kits and individual ingredient items that are customized based on your taste, type of food, portion size, prep time, and most importantly, dietary preferences.
As a result, those who are new to the platform might run into difficulties or be unsure about what to order, finding the extensive menu categories overly complex and confusing.
Let’s break it down together, shall we?
The highlight of Good Eggs is that it offers pre-customized meal kits and some special readymade meals. There are more than 40 different meal kits and readymade recipes up for grabs.
The meal kits serve 1, 3, or 4 people at a time. The option to shop by serving size is possible. And the cooking time of their meal kits stretches from 10 minutes up to an hour.
The meal kits vary by type of dish:
Soups & Stews
Salads
Entrees
Desserts
Appetizers & Sides
All the readymade meals are single-serve and vary by type of dish:
Boxed Salads
Deli Salads
Fresh Cut Fruits & Veggies
Soups, Stews & Broths
Appetizers & Sides
Entrees & Meals
Dips, Condiments & Spreads
Fresh Pasta, Noodles & Wrappers
The next remarkable option is to buy groceries in specific quantities so as to avoid food wastage. The groceries menu works in a similar fashion to how food items are displayed in a supermarket.
The categories are the following:
Fresh Picks
Produce
Diary
Meat & Fish
Deli
Plant-Based
Frozen
Snacks
Drinks
Bakery
Pantry
Health & Home
Click on any one of these menus and you will find a varied dropdown list of submenus. So, for example, when you select the Deli menu, this is what you get:
Deli Salads
Entrees & Sides
Deli Meats & Cheeses
Prepared Meats
Dips, Salsas & Spreads
Salad Dressings & Condiments
It’s impossible to tell you the exact number of items on their menu because I see over a hundred different items across all their menus. You can get a sense of their varied and accessible palate just by browsing each menu alone.
It’s clear and certain that Good Eggs is the go-to place for all your food needs – breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, and snacks.
Meal plans constitute the different dietary categories that you get a chance to try out. On the Good Eggs menu, you have several diets to explore while selecting from their meal kits, such as Wheat-Free, Vegetarian, Vegan, and Dairy-Free.
The same applies to their grocery items, but a few special treats that are paleo, gluten-free, and vegan are added to the menu.
This is perhaps the least positive aspect of Good Eggs when you talk about accommodating a healthy and guilt-free diet. Traditional recipes like coconut curry, ravioli, pasta, and burritos are done up in a nutritious and wholesome manner.
To make up for its lack of variety in dietary preferences, it does contribute to eating a clean, nutritious diet with the help of organic, non-GMO, preservative-free, and additive-free ingredients, authentic plant-based ingredients and antibiotic- and hormone-free meat included.
Is Good Eggs a Good Way to Lose Weight?
When you select a dish you like, what other information is there aside from the recipe title and serving size? Good Eggs highlights the cooking time, ingredients list, allergy information, and cooking instructions of each recipe.
If you want to know the nutrition facts such as calories, proteins, fat, carbs, etc., sadly, there is no mention of the nutritional content of the meal kits or prepared meals.
But just by looking at the serving size of each meal recipe, you can tell that it’s carefully portioned to avoid overeating. Good Eggs strikes the perfect balance of lean proteins, healthy carbs, and fats to keep you full for longer.
For example, the High-Protein Burrito Bowl has sweet potatoes, black beans, avocado, and a veggie grain blend that’ll prevent you from feeling hungry again too soon. Complementing that are other delicious ingredients like a cilantro-lime dressing, toasted pumpkin seeds, and baby kale.
Good Eggs does the same for readymade meals that are delivered in a single-serve container that you can eat out of.
For example, the Sesame Chicken Salad with Roasted Sweet Corn has a chicken breast that provides lean proteins and fresh produce like green cabbage, corn, radish, carrots, cilantro, and more that provide a delicious flavor.
However, Good Eggs does provide a Nutritional Information page, offering some clarity about their fresh produce and meat.
Is Good Eggs Good for Vegans/Vegetarians?
Good Eggs does provide you with an extensive variety of plant-based ingredients in place of animal-based products such as tofu, tempeh, legumes, nuts, seeds, grains, vegetables, and fruits.
On their Plant-Based menu, you will find a wide range of different selections, including nondairy milk, nondairy yogurt, nondairy cheese, nondairy ice creams, meat and seafood alternatives, bakery items, and other plant-based proteins like tofu, yuba, seitan, and more.
Varying choices like protein-rich salads, noodles, flatbreads, curries, burrito bowls, and soups ensure that you always have new recipes to enjoy.
Traditional chicken recipes like chicken wrap are swapped out for a plant-based protein alternative

Think of Good Eggs as your holistic grocery store, just like an actual supermarket, where you can satisfy all your food cravings and explore new ways to do the same.
The food quality of Good Eggs’ meal kits is unparalleled. There’s enough proof of this just in the fact that they don’t sell cheap, store-brand items. Rather, the grocery delivery service is wholly committed to providing nothing but fresh food.
This kind of dedication, however, comes at a cost and that cost may be too steep for many. So, it’s okay at this point to mention that Good Eggs is not the most budget-friendly meal delivery service. But it falls in the same category as Blue Apron and HelloFresh.
The meal kits on Good Eggs are priced somewhere between $7 and $12 per serving. Blue Apron is $7–$10 per portion, while HelloFresh is $8–$11.
Additionally, there’s the shipping fee, which differs depending on your order size and chosen delivery day. Here’s the breakdown of Good Eggs delivery charges.
When the order total is over $80:
Delivery from Tuesday to Friday is $2.99.
Delivery on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday is $6.99.
All-day delivery between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. is free.
When the order total is below $80:
Delivery from Tuesday to Friday is $7.99
Delivery on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday is $11.99.
All-day delivery between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. is $5.
Please note that Good Eggs will add an extra $2 to the fees if you place your order early morning (between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. from Monday to Friday and between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday). So, be strategic when it comes to picking your delivery window, and also place large orders instead of multiple small orders.
Good Eggs Cost Per Week and Per Month
Good Eggs subscription is not necessary for placing orders, unlike so many of the best meal kit delivery services out there. Weekly commitments are not required, which is amazing because then you can try out their meals first and then decide if you want to subscribe or not.
But if you do subscribe, let’s say you choose 5 meal kits for the 5 weekdays, you could be paying anywhere between $30 and $60 per week. But this is only for your lunches/dinners; other items such as fresh picks, fresh produce, snacks, pantry, bakery, etc. are not included.
$30 is the minimum amount per order set by Good Eggs. So, if that’s how much you’re spending on Good Eggs meal kits weekly, on a monthly basis, you’re going to be paying just $120.
Good Eggs Delivery Locations
When you order from Good Eggs, you get an offer of delivery either on Thursdays or Saturdays. There’s not much in terms of customization options for the CSA order. Good Eggs has plenty of highly recommended brands known for their local produce in the Bay Area.
Good Eggs delivers to homes on a $30 minimum order. There’s a $60 minimum order for which you get free delivery to anywhere in the Bay Area. You need to pay $9.99 as additional delivery charges for any order value below that.
Good Eggs Packaging
Because of the sheer variety of what Good Eggs has to offer, it can be confusing to deal with all the packaging once your order arrives.
Good Eggs gladly accepts all boxes, ice packs, and glass bottles as long as they are maintained in good condition. You can return them during your next delivery or leave them outside your doorstep to be picked up.
To dispose of and recycle the packaging by yourself, here are some pointers you must be aware of:
Flatten cardboard boxes.
Recycle the BPA-free bubble wrap cold sleeves as plastics.
When you return the glass bottles, you will be rewarded a credit point which you can easily redeem in the future.
Reuse or recycle the BPA-free plastic deli containers.
The fresh produce bags are recyclable and compostable.
Recycle the BPA-free ice pack lining along with soft plastics.
Allow the dry ice to melt completely before removing the items.
Are Good Eggs Meals Good?
Good Eggs ensures that its Marketplace items meet both customer needs and quality standards. All ingredients and sub-ingredients go through consistent quality tests for freshness, taste, and shelf life.
The ingredients come without any added preservatives, fillers, or additives. The criteria is complete transparency with local producers and suppliers. In fact, Good Eggs has in place multiple standards of criteria, starting with a list of unallowable ingredients like sodium benzoate, BHA, BHT, ascorbic acid, and ammonium chloride, which are commonly found artificial preservatives in packaged foods, to name a few.
Shifting the focus to allergies, all the products by Good Eggs have a full ingredient list including allergy information. The product page should tell you what common food allergens the items contain such as milk, eggs, fish, soybeans, tree nuts, etc.
It’s noteworthy that even though some products and meal kits might exclude common food allergens, Good Eggs’ facility is not free of dairy, gluten, nuts, or other allergens.
Are Good Eggs Meals Easy to Prepare?
Good Eggs caters to many food and dietary needs. Their curated meal kits are single-serve, but you can also add multiple servings by selecting the quantity. Good Eggs even serves ready-made meals like the Black Bean Quinoa Bowl with Sweet Potatoes & Cilantro-Lime or the Italian Chopped Salad, Vegan Buddha Bowl, and more that are salads meant to be had cold and right out of the container.
Aside from salads, recipes like soup, stews, entrees, pizzas, burritos, flatbreads, and more are also available. It’s possible to dip your feet (or taste buds) into different varieties of meals, both traditional meals like macaroni and cheese, hash browns, pasta salad, and wraps, or try worldly cuisines that are restaurant-inspired such as Italian cuisine, Indian, Mexican, Lebanese, Vietnamese, Mediterranean, etc.
On the Good Eggs menu, you can filter both curated meal kits and readymade meals by preparation time. Your options are the following:
Under 15 Minutes
Under 30 Minutes
45+ Minutes
Under 45 Minutes
Good Eggs Coupons, Promotions, and Discounts
Good Eggs offers promo codes that you can add when filling out your payment details. A unique code is provided for redeeming your promo, which can be accessed through the Good Eggs app as well. This promo code is entered only during the checkout process. But sometimes, the promo code is automatically applied in the case of a special offer or landing page. You will be notified when this happens.
Both a promo code and a gift card code can be used for the same order; the gift card code goes first and then the promo code.

The meal kits are priced well. For instance, the baked salmon and baby broccoli that serves three is priced at $24.99. That’s relatively expensive considering it’s enough to feed three people and that the salmon and broccoli are organic.
Inside their produce tab are the produce boxes and bulk items where you can find CSA boxes. These are cosmetically challenged boxes whose contents may not look good, but aside from that, they’re great deals – high-quality vegetables for a super-low price.
Good Eggs Pros and Cons
Pros
Good Eggs delivers fresh, locally grown vegetables and meals like baked goods, cheese, fish and other items.
The produce is fresh. The produce is plucked from local farms and delivered to customers often on the same day.
The food not only tastes better but also lasts longer.
If the Whole Foods tomatoes go bad in 4 days, Good Eggs vegetables last 10 days. This means lower cost because there's nothing to throw away.
The service offers the variety you see inside a supermarket. Local produce often lacks quality control with other similar service, and tons of bad things happen that way.
Good Eggs hasn't tied itself to one farm. It works with several and can source quality food from each of them, avoiding what they don't want.
Cons
Relatively expensive
Less variety than what you would find with other services
Food is often delivered later in the day

Good Eggs Alternatives
1. Hungryroot
Hungryroot offers a unique blend of meal kits and grocery items. It’s a monthly subscription service where you receive credits to spend on recipes, snacks, and pantry items.
Hungryroot is more similar to Good Eggs as a meal kit delivery service. Once you select a dish, all the ingredients plus a recipe guide are delivered preportioned and organized. What sets it apart is the flexibility to customize each meal according to preferences such as vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and a few more.
You can also swap ingredients for a particular meal kit; it’s a user-friendly meal kit delivery service, like Good Eggs, that provides a truly personalized food experience.
2. Thrive Market
Similar to the way Good Eggs excludes all GMO and artificial ingredients, they also offer organic ingredients; Thrive Market is a great alternative to try. It offers multiple diets, like plant-based and meat. All the ingredients that you will find on their menu are organic. And Thrive offers plenty of filters such as plant-based, frozen, fresh foods, health and wellness, etc. to help narrow down your food choices.
3. Imperfect Foods
Imperfect Foods is another grocery shopping marketplace for online users. They offer several brands for pantry, fresh produce, dairy, meat, fish, plant-based alternatives, and more. The menu variety may not be as diverse as that of Good Eggs, but the feature that sets Imperfect Foods apart is how perfectly portioned their ingredients are, encouraging less food wastage.
Good Eggs Customer Service

Unfortunately, Good Eggs does not offer any meal customization feature that would allow you to skip or eliminate specific ingredients. Having said that, they do offer many gluten-free, dairy-free, wheat-free, and vegan meals.
Every order’s cutoff time is different depending on the location. Your ability to edit or cancel an order is based on the delivery time range you’ve chosen as well, until a specific time.

Deliveries happen between 6 a.m. and 9 p.m., so you can’t really use the food on the same day unless you stay up late.
It’s possible to pick different meals from different diets from the Good Eggs menu. The minimum order value of any order is $30 minimum. This applies to their meal kits menu and the Marketplace where you can order pantry ingredients like deli meats, drinks, snacks, baked goods, dairy, etc.
