2 each Challah Buns
1 tbsp Dijonnaise
4 oz Grape Tomatoes
2 tbsp Maple Syrup

2 tbsp Vegetarian Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
ΒΌ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 clove Garlic
2 oz Cheddar Cheese Curds
1 each Nectarine
How to make it
1
Rinse and dry all produce. Peel and slice the onion crosswise into 1-inch rounds, keeping layers intact. Roughly chop the cheese curds. Roughly chop the lettuce. Halve the tomatoes; place in a bowl and season. Halve, pit, and thinly slice the nectarine. Peel 1 garlic clove and finely grate into a paste. In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, parmesan, a drizzle of olive oil, and as much garlic paste as you like; season.
2
Arrange the bacon in an even layer in a large pan. Cook over medium-high 3-4 minutes until lightly browned. Flip and cook 1-2 minutes until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate. Wipe out the pan.
3
In a bowl, combine the beef, Worcestershire sauce, weeknight hero spice blend, and chopped cheese curds; season. Gently mix. Form into two 1/2-inch-thick patties.
4
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in the same pan over medium-high. Add the patties and 4 onion rounds in an even layer. Cook 4-5 minutes until browned. Flip (the oil may spatter). Cook 4-5 minutes until the onion rounds are softened and the patties are cooked through. USDA minimum: 160Β°F for beef. Transfer patties to a board. Transfer onion rounds to a bowl; add the maple syrup and as much chile paste as you like. Stir to coat. Drain off excess oil. Wipe out the pan.
5
Halve the buns. Add cut-side down to the same pan. Toast over medium-high 30 seconds to 1 minute until lightly browned. Transfer to a board.
6
In a bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, seasoned tomatoes, sliced nectarine, and creamy garlic dressing; toss. Build the burgers with the toasted buns, dijonnaise, cooked patties, cooked bacon, and as much glazed onion as you like. Serve with the salad. Top the salad with everything bagel seasoning.
