Position a rack in the center of the oven and heat to 400°F. Rinse and dry the spinach. In the tray, combine the spinach, gnocchi, artichokes, cream (shake the packet), bechamel, crumbled goat cheese, and as much red pepper flake as you like. Season and stir. Add 1 tablespoon water; stir thoroughly.
