½ lb Diced Butternut Squash
1 oz Sliced Pickled Jalapeño Peppers
⅓ cup Guajillo Chile Pepper Sauce
2 oz Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheese Blend
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Drain and rinse the beans. In the tray, combine the drained beans, guajillo sauce, cream, squash, spice blend, 1/4 cup water, and as many peppers as you like. Season with salt and pepper and stir thoroughly.

Tear the chorizo into bite-sized pieces and arrange in an even layer. Cover tightly with foil and bake 28-30 minutes until the squash is fork-tender and the chorizo is cooked through. Remove the foil. Stir in the cheese until melted and combined.
