Preheat the oven to 450Β°F. Rinse and dry all produce. Line a sheet pan (or 2 for 4 servings) with foil. Pat the shrimp dry; season with salt and pepper. In a bowl, combine the shrimp, soy glaze, and a drizzle of olive oil; toss. Add the breadcrumbs and toss to coat.
