Ingredients
12 oz Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
10 oz Cooked White Rice
6 oz Green Beans
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Soy Glaze
1 tbsp Yuzu Kosho
1 tsp Black & White Sesame Seeds
⅓ cup Crispy Onions
1 each Single-Use Aluminum Tray
How to make it
1
Position a rack in the center of the oven and heat to 450°F. Rinse and dry the green beans; snap off stem ends. Place in the tray. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat in an even layer on one side.
2
Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. Place on the other side of the tray. Top evenly with half the soy glaze. Bake uncovered 16-18 minutes until the green beans are fork-tender and the chicken is cooked through. USDA minimum: 165°F for chicken.
3
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, remaining soy glaze, and as much yuzu kosho as you like. Cut a 1-inch vent in the rice package. Microwave on high 1-2 minutes until heated through. Transfer to a bowl; drizzle with olive oil, season, and add the crispy onions; stir. Serve the baked chicken and green beans with the crispy onion rice. Drizzle with the yuzu-soy mayo and top with sesame seeds.
