12 oz Gnocchi
1 Β½ tsp Calabrian Chile Paste
4 oz Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
4 oz Grape Tomatoes
ΒΌ cup Cream
1 each 8-oz can Tomato Sauce
1 tbsp Italian Seasoning (Whole Dried Basil, Sage, Oregano, Savory, Rosemary, Thyme & Marjoram)
1 each Single-Use Aluminum Tray
How to make it

Position a rack in the center of the oven and heat to 450Β°F. Rinse and dry the tomatoes. In the tray, combine the gnocchi, tomato sauce, cream, tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and as much chile paste as you like. Season with salt and pepper and stir thoroughly.

Tear the sausage into bite-sized pieces and arrange in an even layer on top. Cover tightly with foil and bake 30 minutes. Leave the oven on and remove.

Remove the foil. Tear the cheese into small pieces and distribute evenly. Return to the oven uncovered 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and the sausage is cooked through. Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
