12 oz. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
4 fl. oz. Cream Sauce Base
4 oz. Broccoli Florets
⅘noz.nLemon Garlic Butter
½ oz. Shredded Parmesan Cheese
⅓noz.nPanko Breadcrumbs
2 Garlic Cloves
1 Rosemary Sprig
½ tsp. Poultry Seasoning
How to make it

Step 1
Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Stem and mince the rosemary. Mince the garlic. Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with poultry seasoning. Place a medium nonstick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add the panko and stir often until lightly golden-brown, 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a plate. Keep the pan over medium heat — no need to wipe clean.

Add 1 tsp. olive oil and the chicken to the hot pan. Cook until browned and the chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165°F, 5-7 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate and tent loosely with foil. Continue with the recipe while the chicken cooks.

Place a large nonstick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add the broccoli and 2 tablespoons water. Cover and cook until the water is almost completely evaporated, 2-3 minutes. Add 2 tsp. olive oil and the gnocchi. Stir often until tender and golden-brown, 5-7 minutes.

Add the garlic and 3/4 tsp. rosemary to the pan; stir occasionally until fragrant, 30-60 seconds. Add the cream base, butter, half the cheese (reserve the rest for garnish), 1/4 tsp. pepper, and 2 tablespoons water. Stir occasionally until the sauce thickens slightly, 1-2 minutes. If it is too thick, add water 1 tablespoon at a time. Remove from heat.

Divide the gnocchi and sauce between plates. Slice the chicken if desired and arrange on top. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and toasted panko.
