3 oz Baby Spinach
3 tbsp Basil Pesto
4 oz Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
2 tbsp Crème Fraîche

How to make it

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Rinse and dry all produce. In the tray(s), combine the spinach, pesto, mushrooms (torn into pieces), and gnocchi. Add 2 tablespoons water per tray. Season if desired and stir thoroughly.

Tear the sausage into bite-sized pieces and arrange in an even layer. Cover tightly with foil and bake 30 minutes. Leave the oven on and remove.

Remove the foil. Add the creme fraiche; stir. Tear half the mozzarella into small pieces and distribute evenly. Return to the oven uncovered 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and the sausage is cooked through. Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
