Microwave instructions. Puncture film and microwave for 2 minutes and 15 seconds. Remove and let rest for 1 minute. Carefully peel off film and top with any garnishes.

Oven instructions. Preheat oven to 350°F with a rack in the center. Remove meal from plastic tray and transfer to a small baking dish or ovenproof skillet. Add 2 tablespoons water and cover with foil. Bake until warmed through, 10–15 minutes. Mix well and top with any garnishes.
