Ingredients
12 oz. Sirloin Steaks
10 oz. Mashed Potatoes
8 oz. Green Beans
1 oz. Cream Cheese
¾ oz. Roasted Garlic & Herb Butter
2 tsp. Garlic Pepper
2 Garlic Cloves
1 tsp. Buttermilk-Dill Seasoning
1 tsp. Steak Seasoning
How to make it
1
Place the garlic and 1 tsp. olive oil in a piece of foil and crimp into a sealed pouch. Stir together the mashed potatoes and buttermilk-dill seasoning in one provided tray; spread into a single layer. Trim the green beans if needed. In the second tray, combine the green beans, 1 tsp. olive oil, garlic pepper, and a pinch of salt; spread into a single layer and nestle the garlic pouch among the beans. Bake both trays uncovered at 400°F until the green beans are tender and the potatoes are heated through, 14-16 minutes. Continue with the recipe while the vegetables bake.
2
Pat the steaks dry and season both sides with steak seasoning. Place a medium nonstick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add the steaks and sear undisturbed until browned, 1-2 minutes per side. Remove from heat. Carefully take both trays from the oven; remove the garlic pouch and set aside. Stir the softened cream cheese into the mashed potatoes and push to one side; transfer the green beans to the empty side of that tray. Place the steaks in the now-empty second tray.
3
Bake both trays again at 400°F until the vegetables are tender and the steaks reach 145°F, 5-7 minutes (check thinner steaks sooner). Remove from the oven. Rest the steaks 3 minutes. Carefully open the garlic pouch; mash the roasted garlic until smooth and stir in the softened butter. Divide the steaks, potatoes, and green beans between plates. Top each steak with a generous spoonful of the roasted garlic butter.

Be the first to rate this meal ↓ By Eric Sornoso · 9 min read Updated June 2026 Opening I went vegan for 90 days while working 60-hour weeks. Not because I’m some wellness influencer with a meal prep Sunday ritual, but because I wanted to see if it was actually possible without turning into...
Be the first to rate this meal ↓ By Eric Sornoso · 10 min read Updated June 2026 Opening I fed a family of six for three months using nothing but meal delivery services. My Costco membership gathered dust. My freezer became a staging area for Blue Apron boxes instead of bulk chicken thighs. The...
Be the first to rate this meal ↓ By Eric Sornoso · 14 min read Updated June 2026 Opening I spent last summer testing every meal delivery service that promised to keep me eating clean while Nashville hit 95 degrees by 10 AM. Be the first to rate this meal ↓ By Eric Sornoso · 8 min read Updated June 2026 Opening I’ve spent more money on date night meal delivery than I care to admit. Not because I’m some kind of romantic, because I got tired of the same three restaurants and the “what do you want...
