Ingredients
10 oz. Steak Strips
6 oz. Mixed Diced Peppers
6 Small Flour Tortillas
4 oz. Slaw Mix
1½ fl. oz. Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
1½ oz. BBQ Sauce
1 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 oz. Bacon Bits
2 tsp. Barbeque Seasoning
½ tsp. Garlic Salt
How to make it
1
Spray a provided tray with cooking spray. Add the mixed peppers, toss with 1 tsp. olive oil and a pinch of salt, and spread into an even layer. Bake uncovered at 425°F for 15 minutes. Continue with the recipe while the peppers bake.
2
Pat the steak strips dry; coarsely chop and separate the pieces. After 15 minutes, remove the tray from the oven. Add the steak strips, barbecue seasoning (use less if spice-averse), and garlic salt; stir to combine and spread into an even layer. Bake uncovered 15 more minutes. Remove from the oven; stir in the BBQ sauce and bacon until combined. Bake again until the steak reaches 145°F, 3-5 minutes more. Remove and rest 3 minutes. Continue with the recipe while the steak bakes.
3
Wrap the tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds. In a mixing bowl, toss the slaw mix with the dressing. Fill the warm tortillas with the BBQ beef and pepper mixture (to taste), the slaw, and cheese.
