Cook the sweet potato and gnocchi: Bring large pot of salted water to a boil. Once boiling, add sweet potato and cook until al dente, 6 to 7 minutes. Add gnocchi and cook until sweet potato and gnocchi are tender and cooked through, another 3 to 5 minutes. Reserve u00bc cup pasta water. Drain and set aside.

Cook the broccoli rabe: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, add garlic, and cook until fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes.
