The lion's mane and chaga amounts per cup are not listed on the label, and at about 14 dollars for a 10 oz bag you pay roughly double regular coffee for a focus claim that human evidence does not clearly support. (source)
The honest take
This is regular organic Arabica coffee with tiny amounts of lion's mane and chaga mushroom extract blended in, and like any black coffee it brews up with zero sugar and essentially zero calories. Each 12 oz cup carries about 150 mg of caffeine, the same as a normal cup, so the real question is whether the mushroom add ins earn the premium. Four Sigmatic does not disclose how many milligrams of lion's mane are in each serving, and the human evidence that coffee cup doses sharpen focus is thin. If you already drink black coffee and want a clean USDA organic bag tested for toxins, it fits, but you are paying roughly double grocery coffee for extracts whose benefit is unproven.

Black coffee drinkers who want a clean organic bag and are curious about lion's mane without expecting a proven cognitive boost.
