Wipe out pan.While beef cooks, drizzle the outside of each pita half with olive oil, rubbing all over to ensure even coverage. Sprinkle all over with Everything Bagel Seasoning, pressing to adhere.

Spread insides of pita halves with yogurt hummus sauce (make sure to save some for drizzling on top!). Evenly divide beef between pitas; top with tomato-cucumber salad.Divide pitas between plates. Drizzle with as much hot sauce and remaining yogurt hummus sauce as you like. Serve with remaining lemon wedges and any remaining tomato-cucumber salad on the side.
