The honest take

This is a zero sugar, 10 calorie sparkling energy drink built around a big 200mg dose of caffeine per 12 ounce can, which is roughly two cups of coffee. If you want a fruity carbonated pick me up before a workout without the sugar of a regular soda or the corn syrup of a classic energy drink, it does the job and adds vitamin C and B vitamins. Just know the sweetness comes from sucralose, an artificial sweetener, so the clean label marketing only goes so far. It is an energy product first and a beverage second, not something to sip casually all day.
