8 oz. Italian Pork Sausage
4 oz. Mixed Diced Peppers
1 oz. Shredded Mozzarella
1 Tbsp. Tomato Puree
2 tsp. Minced Garlic and Parsley
1 tsp. Chimichurri Seasoning
½ tsp. Garlic Salt
How to make it

Step 1
Combine the diced peppers, crushed tomatoes, tomato purée, minced garlic and parsley, 2 tsp. olive oil, garlic salt, chimichurri seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt in a provided tray. Break the Italian sausage into small pieces and spread evenly over the sauce.

Bake uncovered at 425°F until the sauce is bubbling and the sausage reaches 160°F, 25-30 minutes. Remove from the oven. Add the pasta and a pinch of salt and pepper; stir to combine.

Bake again uncovered until the pasta is warmed through and the sauce is bubbling, 10-15 minutes. Remove from the oven. Top evenly with cheese and serve directly from the tray.
