4 fl. oz. Cream Sauce Base
8 oz. Orzo Pasta
3 oz. Frozen Peas
2 oz. Baby Spinach
2 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 oz. Cream Cheese
1½ oz. Grated Parmesan Cheese
1½ oz. Roasted Garlic & Herb Butter
4 tsp. Chicken Broth Concentrate
½ oz. Bacon Bits
1 tsp. Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning
How to make it

In one provided tray, combine the orzo, cream base, 1 1/4 cups water, chicken base, and 1/4 tsp. salt; spread into an even layer. Pat the chicken dry, season both sides with rotisserie chicken seasoning and 1/4 tsp. salt, and place in the second tray. Bake both trays uncovered at 400°F for 15 minutes. Continue with the recipe while they bake.

Coarsely tear the spinach. In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and bacon. After 15 minutes, carefully remove both trays from the oven and drain any excess liquid. Stir the spinach, peas, and grated cheese into the orzo until combined. Spread the cream cheese-bacon mixture on one side of the chicken, then top evenly with the shredded cheese.

Bake both trays uncovered until the orzo is tender and the chicken reaches 165°F, 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven. Stir the softened butter into the orzo until combined. Divide the orzo between plates and top with the chicken.
