4 oz. Slaw Mix
2 fl. oz. Teriyaki Glaze

How to make it

Halve and juice the lime. Pat the sliced pork dry; coarsely chop and separate the pieces. Place a medium nonstick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add the pork and stir occasionally until browned and reaching 145°F, 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in the teriyaki glaze and 1/2 tsp. lime juice (reserve the rest for the slaw) until coated. Rest 3 minutes. Continue with the recipe while the pork cooks.

Stem the cilantro and tear the leaves. Trim and thinly slice the green onions.

Place a large nonstick pan over medium heat. Add the flatbreads to the dry pan and toast until lightly browned, 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from heat. (Alternatively, use a toaster.) Continue with the recipe while the flatbreads toast.

In a mixing bowl, combine the slaw mix, mayonnaise, green onions, and 1 tsp. of the remaining lime juice. Lay the toasted flatbreads on plates and top with the teriyaki pork. Pile the slaw on top and scatter with cilantro.
