The catch

Despite the cauliflower name, rice flour and starches push it to 25g of carbs per 1/3 crust serving, roughly 75g for a whole crust before toppings, so it is not a low carb food. (source)

The honest take

This is CAULIPOWER's plain thin and crispy cauliflower crust, sold two to a box as a blank canvas for a homemade pizza night. Cauliflower is the first ingredient, but rice flour and starches do most of the work, so a single 1/3 crust serving still carries 25g of carbs and only 2g of protein. It earns its keep if you want a gluten free and dairy free base that contains sugar, just do not mistake it for a low carb or high protein food. Eat a whole crust yourself and you are looking at roughly 75g of carbs before you add a single topping.
