The honest take

This is Caulipower's cauliflower and brown rice crust topped with mozzarella, tomato sauce, uncured pepperoni, and Italian sausage, and it is a genuinely reasonable frozen pizza for a gluten free household. One third of the pizza gives you 280 calories and a solid 17g of protein, which is more than most veggie crust pizzas deliver. The real thing to watch is sodium at 730mg per serving, so a hungry person eating half the pie is well past a third of a day's sodium. The crust also uses sunflower oil and a small amount of added sugar shows up in both the crust and the sauce, so this is still a processed convenience food rather than a whole food.
