The honest take

Health Ade Ginger Lemon is a genuinely fermented kombucha with a short, clean ingredient list of organic black and green tea, cold pressed ginger and lemon juice, organic cane sugar, and live Bacillus coagulans cultures. The current label counts the whole 16 fl oz bottle as one serving at 70 calories with 13g of sugar, and all 13g is added cane sugar, so it drinks like a lightly sweet tonic rather than a zero sugar seltzer. What I like is what is not in it: no artificial sweeteners, no sugar alcohols, no seed oils, and 0mg sodium. If you are trading down from soda it is an honest swap, but it is not the lowest sugar bottle on the shelf.
