The honest take

First, a heads up: Magic Spoon Lemon Cake is a high protein breakfast cereal, not a drink. A 38g bowl gives you 13g of protein from casein and whey with 0g of sugar and about 4g of net carbs, which is why keto and high protein eaters reach for it over regular cereal. The 0g sugar comes from a sweetener blend of allulose and monk fruit, and the crunch is built from milk protein, tapioca starch, and a high oleic sunflower and avocado oil blend rather than grains. It is genuinely low sugar and protein dense, but it is also an ultra processed food (NOVA group 4) that costs far more per bowl than a bag of oats.
