The honest take

This is the classic rooster bottle, and the ingredient list stays refreshingly short: chili, sugar, salt, garlic, vinegar, two preservatives, and xanthan gum, with no seed oils. Per 1 teaspoon serving it is nearly free at about 5 calories, 70mg sodium, and 1g sugar, so a normal squeeze barely moves your daily numbers. Sugar does sit second on the ingredient list, so this is not a no sugar sauce, and heavy dousers should know the tiny serving hides how fast things add up.
