The honest take

Moonions are basically an organic take on the classic onion ring snack, built from milled corn puffed in avocado and coconut oil instead of the usual seed oils. A 28g serving runs 130 calories with 6g fat, 190mg sodium, and just 2g of added sugar, so it is a reasonable swap if you want that crunchy onion craving without canola or a long chemical list. What it will not do is fill you up, since you get only 1g of protein and 1g of fiber per serving. Treat it as a cleaner junk food, not a health food.
