The honest take

This is about as clean as bagged popcorn gets, with a three item ingredient list of organic popcorn, organic extra virgin coconut oil, and Himalayan salt, plus zero added sugar and 4g of fiber per 3 cup serving. The catch for health minded shoppers is the coconut oil, which pushes saturated fat to 5g, or 25 percent of a day's value, in a modest 130 calorie serving. LesserEvil popcorn is my movie-night pick. Popped in coconut or avocado oil instead of seed oils, lightly done, and the Himalayan-salt one is dangerously easy to finish. It is still a snack, so I portion it, but the oil choice is why it is in my pantry.
