The catch

600mg of sodium a serving makes this better as an occasional thing than a staple. (source)

The honest take

It is a solid protein source for the category. The label lists 11g protein, 70 calories, 600mg sodium per 1 Serving (28 g).

Here is the tradeoff. It runs high in sodium, so keep an eye on the daily total if you eat it often.
