The honest take

This is a lean, high protein grab and go: 30g of protein for just 160 calories and 1g of sugar, which is a genuinely strong ratio if your goal is protein without the calories. The catch is that it hits that number with a heavily engineered formula, using sucralose and acesulfame potassium for sweetness, carrageenan and phosphates for texture, and a splash of sunflower or soybean oil. If you want real food you will not love the ingredient list, but if you want a shelf stable, dependable protein hit between meals it does the job.
