The catch

The honest take

This is a sampler of UNREAL dark chocolate snacks, and its real appeal is a cleaner label than mainstream candy: organic cane sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup, fair trade and non GMO ingredients on most items, and no sugar alcohols. That said it is still candy. The almond butter cups run 80 calories and 5g sugar per tiny 15g cup with all of it added, and the peanut and milk chocolate gems climb to 13 to 14g sugar per serving. If you want a treat with recognizable ingredients this delivers, but do not mistake it for a health food.
