Add chicken; cook until browned and cooked through, 5-7 minutes per side. Turn off heat; transfer to a cutting board.

Reduce heat to medium low and cook, stirring occasionally, until sauce has thickened, 3-4 minutes. Stir in chopped bacon and a squeeze of lemon juice.
