The catch

The real catch here is salt, 460mg of sodium is a lot to spend in one sitting. (source)

The honest take

It is a solid protein source for the category. The label lists 10g protein, 50 calories, 460mg sodium per 1 packet (15 g).

Here is the tradeoff. It runs high in sodium, so keep an eye on the daily total if you eat it often.
