The honest take
This is EPIC's Homestyle Savory Chicken Bone Broth, a shelf stable sipping broth simmered from free range chicken bones with vegetables and herbs. The ingredient list is genuinely clean: water, chicken bones, chicken feet and onions, with 2% or less of celery, carrots, garlic, sea salt, apple cider vinegar, rosemary and turmeric, with no added sugar, no sweeteners, and no seed oils. At 50 calories and 10 grams of protein per cup it is a light, low carb way to get some collagen protein, and it is Whole30 approved. The real reason to reach for it is what it leaves out rather than a big nutrition win. Ingredient details reflect the current manufacturer page checked October 27, 2026; the historical package formula and recorded nutrition were not independently refreshed.
