The honest take

Green Goodness is really a fruit juice smoothie wearing green clothing. An 8 fl oz serving carries about 130 calories and 26 grams of sugar, nearly all of it from pineapple, apple and mango juice from concentrate, while the spinach, broccoli, spirulina and wheatgrass sit low on the ingredient list in small amounts. There is no added sugar and nothing artificial, so it is a clean drink, but the sugar load rivals a soda and the 15.2 fl oz bottle holds close to two servings. If you are after real fiber, protein or a true vegetable hit, whole fruit or a blended smoothie will do more for you.
