The honest take

Cappello's makes a grain free, gluten free gnocchi from potatoes, almond flour and cage free eggs, so it is a genuine paleo friendly swap for wheat gnocchi and brings a real 10g of protein per 4 oz serving from the nuts and eggs. It is minimally sweetened with just 2g of sugar and no added sugar, and it skips seed oils entirely. The catch is sodium, at 840mg per serving that is 36 percent of a day in one plate before any sauce. It is not a raw whole food either, since it uses an added emulsifier (mono and diglycerides) to hold the dough together.
