This is a refrigerated cold pressed puree pouch of organic mango, carrot, coconut milk, and turmeric, and that is genuinely the whole ingredient list with nothing added. One 3.2 oz pouch runs 60 calories with 9g of sugar, all of it naturally occurring, and zero added sugar, which is about as clean as a fruit pouch gets. The honest framing is that this was built as a baby and toddler blend, so with only 1g fiber and 1g protein it is a light produce squeeze, not a filling snack for an adult. If you want a real food pouch for a little one or a small sweet bite yourself, it delivers, but do not expect it to hold you over.
