The catch
Despite the fruit and veggie name, the first ingredient is sorghum flour and each serving gives you 0 grams of fiber and 1 gram of protein, so this is a clean puffed starch more than a serving of produce. (source)
The honest take
This is a baby and toddler first finger food, not an adult snack, so read the label for what it is: a quick dissolving puffed sorghum puff with 35 calories, 0 grams of sugar, and 0 milligrams of sodium per about 1/3 cup serving. The ingredient list is genuinely clean, built on organic sorghum flour and avocado oil rather than rice, corn, or seed oils, with no added sweeteners or flavors. The catch is that the name leads with fruit and veggie, but the produce shows up mainly as powders for flavor while the base is a puffed starch that delivers 0 grams of fiber and 1 gram of protein per serving. If you want a low mess, low sugar snack for a crawler learning to self feed, this is one of the cleaner options on the shelf.

Once Upon a Farm is what I hand my kids when we are running out the door. Cold pressed, organic, and the ingredient list is just fruit and veg with nothing weird. It is priced like a premium pouch, and that is the honest tradeoff for the clean sourcing.
