The honest take

This is a stage two baby pouch, not an adult snack, and the ingredient list is refreshingly short: organic carrots, organic olive oil, and water with zero added sugar. One 3.5 ounce pouch gives 70 calories, 5 grams of fat from olive oil rather than seed oil, and a solid 3 grams of fiber, which beats most fruit heavy pouches. If you want a genuinely clean first food for a baby six months and up it is one of the better options on the shelf. The 4 grams of sugar are all naturally from the carrots, so nobody is sneaking in juice concentrate here.
