This is a savory turkey and veggie puree pouch for babies and toddlers, built on organic purple carrot, free range turkey, zucchini, celery and olive oil with nothing added to sweeten it. Each 99g pouch is 80 calories with 5g protein, 5g fat, just 60mg sodium and only 2g of naturally occurring sugar and 0g added, which makes it one of the cleaner grab and go pouches on the shelf. The savory profile is the real point here, since it does not lean on the fruit sugar that most pouches use to win a toddler over. The tradeoff is portion and price rather than anything in the ingredients.
